Eliminazione account e dati

Il titolare dell'attività può eliminare l'account e tutti i dati collegati in due modi. Non serve un motivo.
Opzione 1 · Dall'app, subito
- Accedi all'app EasyStaffers (o a easystaffers.com) come titolare.
- Nella pagina principale tocca l'icona ⚙️ in alto a sinistra.
- Scorri fino in fondo e tocca Elimina account.
- Scrivi il nome della tua azienda per confermare.
- Tocca Elimina definitivamente.
L'eliminazione è immediata e non si può annullare.
Opzione 2 · Via email, anche senza l'app
Scrivi a info@easystaffers.com dall'indirizzo email con cui hai registrato l'account, con oggetto «Eliminazione account» e il nome della tua azienda.
Per sicurezza verifichiamo che la richiesta arrivi davvero dal titolare. Eliminiamo l'account entro 30 giorni e ti confermiamo per email quando è fatto.
Cosa viene eliminato
- L'account di accesso (email e password).
- L'azienda e tutti i punti vendita con le loro impostazioni.
- Dipendenti, turni, timbrature (incluse le posizioni registrate), richieste di ferie e cambi turno.
- Prenotazioni e coda, con i dati dei clienti.
- Ordini, magazzino, buoni regalo, attività, mance, note, ricette e istruzioni.
- Le foto caricate (scontrini, bolle, ricette, foto delle attività).

Sei un dipendente o un cliente?
- Dipendenti: non hai un account personale da eliminare; il tuo profilo è gestito dall'attività per cui lavori. Chiedi al titolare di rimuoverti da «Gestione personale», oppure scrivici e inoltreremo la richiesta.
- Clienti (prenotazioni, coda, buoni regalo): contatta il ristorante o il negozio, oppure scrivici e li aiuteremo a cancellare i tuoi dati.

Account and data deletion

The business owner can delete the account and all linked data in two ways. No reason is required.
Option 1 · In the app, immediately
- Log in to the EasyStaffers app (or easystaffers.com) as the owner.
- On the main page, tap the ⚙️ icon at the top left.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type your company name to confirm.
- Tap Delete permanently.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Option 2 · By email, even without the app
Write to info@easystaffers.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion" and your company name.
For security we verify that the request really comes from the owner. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted
- The login account (email and password).
- The company and all stores with their settings.
- Employees, shifts, clock records (including recorded locations), leave and shift-swap requests.
- Bookings and queue, including customer data.
- Orders, inventory, gift cards, tasks, tips, notes, recipes and instructions.
- Uploaded photos (receipts, delivery notes, recipes, task photos).

Are you an employee or a customer?
- Employees: you do not have a personal account to delete; your profile is managed by the business you work for. Ask the owner to remove you under "Manage staff", or write to us and we will forward the request.
- Customers (bookings, queue, gift cards): contact the restaurant or shop, or write to us and we will help them delete your data.

商家老板可以通过以下两种方式删除账户及所有相关数据，无需说明理由。
方式一 · 在 app 里立即删除
- 以老板身份登录 EasyStaffers app（或 easystaffers.com）。
- 在首页点左上角的 ⚙️ 图标。
- 滑到最底部，点 删除账号。
- 输入你的公司名称确认。
- 点 永久删除。
删除立即生效，无法恢复。
方式二 · 发邮件申请（不需要 app）
用注册账户时的邮箱发信到 info@easystaffers.com，主题写「删除账户」，并注明公司名称。
为了安全，我们会核实请求确实来自老板本人，并在 30 天内完成删除，完成后发邮件确认。
会删除哪些数据
- 登录账户（邮箱和密码）。
- 公司和所有门店及其设置。
- 员工、排班、打卡记录（包括记录的位置）、请假和换班申请。
- 预定和排队，以及其中的客人信息。
- 订货、库存、礼品卡、任务、小费、笔记、配方和使用说明。
- 上传的照片（小票、送货单、配方、任务照片）。

你是员工或客人？
- 员工：你没有需要删除的个人账户，你的资料由雇主商家管理。请老板在「员工管理」里删除你，或写信给我们，我们会转达。
- 客人（预定、排队、礼品卡）：请联系相应的餐厅或商店，或写信给我们，我们会协助商家删除你的数据。
